When you have chosen our Private Luxury Camping, you have choose to be in the middle of nowhere. We set up our large tents in private campsites located throughout the many different corners of The Serengeti National Park or the surrounding eco-sytem. This means you are not going to be close to the mass crowd that you would find in public campsite.
Your mornings will be filled with bird calls - no need
for any wake up call. After your Safari, you will spend your evenings enjoying the beautiful African sunset by the campfire while you are enjoying your drink of choice.
Our walk-in tents have wooden beds draped with colorful fabrics used by Tanzanian women in rural Tanzania. Your tent will have Safari chair in the front to enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunset. The lighting in the camp is with kerosene lamps. Torches are also provided for late night uses. Towels, vanity mirrors, hangers as well are also part of the tents.
Your private bathroom is behind the 'wall' of your walk-in tent room. It is an enclosed bathroom which can be used at any time of the night. The bathroom has a portable showers which your crew will fill with water when you are ready to shower. The tents also have portable seated toilet with wash basin.
Dinner will be in an open tent. The dining tents has a mosquito netting that keeps the bugs out when you are enjoying your meal. You have your own cook who will cater all your five course meals. If you have a preference or specific diet, let us and your cook know. The meals are a combination of African/Indian and Western cuisine. Fruits and snacks are always available in the dining tent. In our Private Mobile Luxury Camp, we provide Tanzanian beers and South African wines.
